About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be the primary clinical therapy provider for in‑house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and facility staff while integrating behavioral and physical healthcare. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other licensure at this time. Experience: Preference for geriatric or long‑term care populations. Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid is beneficial but not required. Skills: Excellent communication, multi‑tasking ability, and strong patient care skills.
