Wireless Engineer III - RF Automation Engineer

RF Automation Engineer

Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience on any GIS tool like ArcGIS, Google Earth Pro, Batch Geo, MapInfo Pro etc
Hands-on experience in scripting & automation through Python & other languages
Expertise in GIS automation, heat mapping, linkage of GIS with backend platforms
Profound working knowledge of Visualization and database dynamic linking
Must have a minimum of 10-years of work experience in Radio Network planning, Design, Optimization & system performance for (5G, CBRS, LTE/VOLTE)
Must have a minimum of 1-year of working experience in 5G RF optimization & performance projects
5G Optimization & performance experience covering Sub 6GHz Optimization; CBRS Optimization; Optimization; NSA, SA.
Expertise in automation of RF related tools

Job Description:

Design, develop and implement systems and databases for geospatial data.
Standardize geographic data.
Research and conduct tests on new researching tools.
Perform geospatial modeling and spatial analysis.
Automating RF KPI Dashboards & linkage with OSS exports for quick Sites/Network view
Auto generated Weekly & Bi weekly Network KPI reporting (GUI based)
KPI Heat Mapping on Site level and Market level
Bringing automated engines in overall performance team activities to contribute to the efficiency
Building Visual tools for Acceptance process control & automate tracking
Developing tools for improving Capacity forecasting activities (like Exhaust working etc.)
GUI based Auto Neighbors Planning & other small tools for RF performance KPI Improvement
Structuring mappers for Counters and KPI comparisons
Setting up scripts for PCI changes based on any GIS tool
Market / Cluster level Thematic & Index based GUI view & automatic summary handling
Performance monitoring and RCA for 5G Small cells
Data crunching and analytics for Crowd Source data for translation into readable information for Management View through Python database.
