We are excited to announce that we are expanding our estimating team! The main function of this position is to prepare Print and Mailshop Estimates based on Project Specifications provided by an existing or prospective Customer. This function will include coordinating quote requests with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely submission of all Client RFQ’s. Essential Job Functions Maintains constant phone contact with vendors in order to ensure timely receipt of all project pricing and secures best pricing option from vendors. Responsible for preparing all Print and Mailshop Estimates based upon specific Customer Specifications within 24 – 48 hours of Project Specification receipt. Estimate is based on examining Project Specifications, including samples, layouts, etc. and assigning costs using pricing schedules, historical data and knowledge of industry, costs, production methods, etc. Responsible for preparing and/or coordinating all necessary and proper paperwork associated with the Print and Mailshop Specifications and Requests. This is to include all internally prepared Print and Mailshop Quotes, Customer Estimate Forms, and any Management-related Reporting requirements. Communicates effectively, and timely, with Sales, Customer Service, the Production Manager and any other related personnel to ensure proper scheduling of procured Projects. Prepares and Maintains organized Print and Mailshop Files for easy reference by Sales, Customer Service, the Production Manager and any other authorized, related personnel. Stays current with pricing increases/decreases specific to the product, industry, production method, etc. in order to provide the Customer with the proper pricing structure. Serves as back-up for Pre-Press and Customer Service, and assists Sales with all other sales/customer matters. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Print/Mailshop industry experience required 4+ years similar and/or industry experience Strong communication and organization skills Strong Computer knowledge; Detail oriented Ability to multitask, organize work flow, provide direction and work as a Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Response Systems
