We are looking for LPN/RNs & Nursing Graduates (LPN/RN) to provide nursing services in various locations in Prince George's & Charles County Maryland for day, evening and/or night shifts (Part-time and Full-time hours). Essential Job Functions: Responsible for safe and effective delivery of quality patient home care to include taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, providing personal hygiene care, etc. Communicate with RN Supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care in a manner that maximizes safe and effective delivery of home nursing services. Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and to achieve expected outcomes. Report and document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any alterations in patient needs and intervening accordingly. Serve as a patient and family advocate, demonstrating respect for the privacy and rights of the patient and family in the implementation of the care plan. Prepare and utilize equipment and materials efficiently and cost effectively. Demonstrates personal and professional accountability. Skills should include one or more of the following: G-Tube, Trach, Ventilator, Catheterization, etc.

Position Requirements: Must have 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years PREFFERED. Nursing Graduates are welcome! (Training available) Pass the agency's medication exam with a score of 80% or higher. Current, unrestricted nursing license in the jurisdiction in which you are working.
