Scheduling Assistant — In Office

As a Scheduling Assistant, you will support daily clinic operations, coordinate appointments, and serve as an important point of contact for patients and providers in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

 

What You’ll Do

· Manage and coordinate patient appointments through high-volume phone communication

· Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service

· Confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments to support efficient clinic flow

· Maintain accurate patient information, appointment schedules, and related documentation

· Partner with providers and clinical team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

· Support patient intake, follow-up, and other administrative needs assigned

· Confirm schedules with providers and clinical team members

 

What You’ll Bring

· Previous experience in a medical, optometry, or patient-facing office setting preferred

· Clear, courteous communication skills and a patient-first approach

· Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Comfort using scheduling software, electronic records, and standard office tools

· Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a high-volume phone environment

· A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to accuracy

Must be able to work in-office only; remote or hybrid options are not available
