Built on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, the company is committed to providing reliable, cost-effective HVAC solutions while fostering long-term relationships with both customers and employees.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!HVAC Installer Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications.Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units.Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.Clean coils, inspect drain lines, and replace filters.Check electrical components, wiring, and controls.Inspect fan motors and lubricate moving parts when applicable.Verify refrigerant levels and identify potential leaks.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Ensure all work complies with local codes and company safety policies.Work both independently and with a team to meet project deadlines.HVAC Installer Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Apprentice.Valid, unexpired driver's license.Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and climb for extended periods.Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (dust, rain, wind, heat, and cold).Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
