Order Picker

Location: Norton, MA

Are you detail-driven, dependable, and ready to keep things moving? Join a fast-paced warehouse team where your accuracy and efficiency make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

Pick and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners or pick tickets
Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions
Pack, label, and stage shipments for delivery
Support inventory organization and replenishment
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Assist with receiving and storing incoming inventory
Help meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and reading skills
Warehouse or order picking experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
