ICPC Permanency Specialist — Foster Care Navigator

Texans Together is seeking an ICPC Specialist to manage caseloads across multiple stages of service, including reunifications and kinship arrangements. The role involves collaboration with DFPS, out-of-state agencies, and the public to ensure permanency for children. You will assess safety and permanency needs, develop plans with families, coordinate services, and participate in case meetings and hearings.
