Client Support Associate

Client Support Associate

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $17 /hr - $18/hr DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Client Support Associate Responsibilities include:

Perform accurate data entry, record updates, and general electronic filing.
Compile, sort, copy, scan, and organize physical and digital records.
Prepare, complete, and mail out client invoices, billing statements, contracts, and policies.
Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages.
Monitor office inventory and order supplies, materials, and vendor services as needed.
Assist team members with routine administrative tasks to keep daily office operations running smoothly.

ClientSupport Associate Requirements:

Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
