What You’ll Do:
The Indiana First Step (INFS) Site Advisor is responsible for primary oversight of the APT INFS program.
- Daily supervision of therapists working in INFS; including assisting therapists in building caseload.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists as well as performance management including but not limited to employee recognition, annual performance reviews and disciplinary action.
- Responsible for interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires.
- Achieve outcomes as directed by supervisors and/or budget, inclusive of hours goals and expenses.
- Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements; understand the components of INFS requirements and hold staff accountable to the standards.
- Support TAs with other duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience as a therapist or early childhood educator, preferably in pediatrics.
- Active INFS caseload of at least 15 patients (or ability to increase to this minimum)
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
- Ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Valid, unencumbered therapy license in Indiana.
- Ability to travel to various locations throughout Indiana.
