About Our Agency:
Welcome to Chelsea Terry State Farm Insurance Agency! Since opening in June 2021, we've been proudly serving the greater DFW area and all of Texas from our Plano office, offering personalized insurance and financial services that help families protect what matters most and achieve their dreams.
Our growing team of four is known for its "sophisti-chill" vibea professional yet fun and supportive atmosphere where everyone is valued. We're diverse in gender, age, and cultural background, reflecting the community we serve. As an engaged agent with an open-door policy, I'm committed to helping my team reach their full potential both in and out of the office.

Role Description:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chelsea Terry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
