Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Transportation Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is designed for candidates with some experience in freight or logistics who enjoy organizing shipments, communicating with carriers, and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule.
Responsibilities / Key Duties:

Plan and schedule freight shipments for local and interstate routes

Communicate with drivers and carriers to confirm pickup and delivery times

Monitor shipment progress and report exceptions or delays

Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and dispatch records

Collaborate with operations team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

Experience in freight dispatch, logistics coordination, or transportation planning preferred

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
