Reaching: For accessing high areas and handling items, includes building salads and restocking ingredients Standing/Walking: Extended periods, including moving between areas Squatting: For accessing low areas and handling items Pulling: Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment Manual Dexterity: Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools (knives, thermometers, POS systems), and managing cleaning tools Physical Mobility: Navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment Physical Endurance: Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods Coordination: Balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Who We Are Sweetgreen is a national restaurant brand dedicated to building healthier communities by connecting people to real food.
