Qualifications, Experience, and Duties Knowledge in Jazz technique and choreography skills Respectfully lead a group and be an excellent role model and leader for the athletes Time management skills; need to plan practice agendas in order to balance practice time between strengthening, flexibility, technique training, and drilling dances Respect/recognition of youth needs Coaching license/certification recommended/not required All job offers from Eastern Carver County Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 112 School Board approval.
