What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead efforts to analyze data sources and establish relationships with key stakeholders

Develop relationships with stakeholders to align change initiatives with strategic goals

Analyze the impact of proposed changes on organizational processes, systems, and culture

Coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to maintain updated stakeholder information

Support the development and implementation of OCM plans and other project deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelors degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders

Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci and Kotters 8-Step Model

Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to refine OCM strategies

Excellent organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information and creating reports

Federal experience is prioritized for eligible candidates

Familiarity with ServiceNow

Advanced change management certifications such as Prosci Change Management Advanced Practitioner

Previous federal consulting experience
