Systems Sales Leader

Where is the work: On‑Site (5 days) What you will do: Manage the annual and long‑term development and delivery of financial results for the Sales Office, achieving objectives for profit, volume, margins, business mix, and market share across all business streams. Lead customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, hiring, onboarding, training, quota setting, accurate sales forecasting, and consistent use of Trane sales tools and systems. Assemble account teams and collaborate with Account Managers to meet varying business development needs, customer focus, and product portfolios. Ensure sales office compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity. Support human‑capital strategies such as employee engagement, recruitment and retention, and diversity and inclusion. What you will bring: 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial sales. Proven track record of guiding and successfully leading projects to completion. Valid driver’s license in the state with no major traffic violations in the past 12 months. Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $143,228.33 - $206,885.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Benefits: Benefits begin on the first day, including health insurance and wellness programs.
