This position is responsible for the development and implementation of product marketing strategies to drive measurable business results. Partners with internal and external partners to ensure execution of strategies or initiatives. Develop key messaging and positioning for products. Provide strategic direction for competitive intelligence activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the product marketing program and strategy, including product messaging and positioning or products; communication plan and implementation plan that is consistent with Company strategy. Coordinate with Company-wide partners to ensure one integrated strategy, plan and process for program implementation. Lead the competitive intelligence function.Provide tactical direction and support for program implementation. Write product positioning and marketing collateral for products. Drive execution of projects on time, with excellence in quality, within budget and on brand. Build and manage relationships with internal or external business partners (wholesalers) to drive marketing programs.Lead team to develop, manage and continually improve program content, requirements and process. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
