As a Production Floor Lead, you will oversee high-volume assembly operations, ensuring that production targets are met through effective resource allocation and team leadership. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by optimizing workflows and fostering a culture of safety and technical precision. About the Role As a Production Floor Lead, you will oversee high-volume assembly operations, ensuring that production targets are met through effective resource allocation and team leadership. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by optimizing workflows and fostering a culture of safety and technical precision. Responsibilities Direct daily manufacturing and assembly workflows to ensure consistent output and adherence to production schedules. Optimize resource utilization and material flow to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges and improve process reliability. Mentor and develop production staff to enhance team capability, consistency, and performance standards. Maintain a rigorous safety culture while managing complex assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment. Execute production plans that align with organizational quality benchmarks and delivery timelines. Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant manufacturing or production experience. Proven leadership experience in a foreman, lead, or supervisory capacity. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse teams simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and systems-related issues. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet using ladders or lifts. Preferred Skills Specialized experience in electrical assembly within a manufacturing context. Advanced technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems assembly methods.
