Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift to lead maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, troubleshooting complex issues, driving preventative maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and assign daily responsibilities to maintenance technicians. Serve as the primary contact for equipment breakdowns, repairs, and downtime communication. Troubleshoot and support complex mechanical and electrical repairs. Manage maintenance priorities, equipment downtime, and shift handoff communication. Ensure accurate CMMS documentation, work order completion, and preventative maintenance tracking. Coordinate spare parts inventory, procurement, and equipment reliability needs. Partner with production, quality, and other plant teams to support operational goals. Promote compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Experience with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs. Ability to make decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
