Shop Helper

The Shop Helper operates machinery and shop equipment to convert raw materials. This role supports the full production process, from mixing materials and preparing molds to basic machining, cleaning, and documentation.

• Experience working in a machine shop or around machinery and production environments.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to read and follow written directions and work instructions.
• Experience with sandblasting in a production or shop setting.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data and process information.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely as part of daily duties.

• Blueprint reading skills are a plus in the machine shop.
• Familiarity with manual lathe setup and operation is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conshohocken, PA. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
