  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate mental health objectives with those of physical rehabilitation, promoting a holistic approach to client care.

  • Use evidence-based interventions and family systems theory to enhance communication and conflict resolution skills between clients and their relatives.

  • Provide immediate support and crisis interventions as required, especially during critical phases of a client’s rehabilitation journey.

  • Document client progress and maintain comprehensive, confidential records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

  • Deliver educational sessions for clients and their families about coping strategies and emotional resilience during the recovery process.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current in the best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will focus on assisting clients recovering from both physical and mental health challenges, including but not limited to addiction, trauma, and chronic illnesses. You will guide individuals and families through therapeutic processes that strengthen emotional bonds and facilitate healing.

Qualifications\n

  • Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
  • \n
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; however, a master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to practice ethical and confidential therapeutic methods.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
