Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and workplace issues
• Monitor attendance, performance, and disciplinary processes
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Support department managers with HR-related matters
• Improve internal HR processes and company culture
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
✓ Previous HR management experience required
✓ Strong leadership and communication skills
✓ Excellent organization and attention to detail
✓ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally
✓ Experience in trucking/logistics is a strong plus
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hold teams accountable
