Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• WV PT license required. Compact licenses accepted.
• Home Health experience required.
• OASIS experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No weekends or on call.
• Coverage area includes Raleigh and Wyoming counties.
• Productivity expectation: 28 units/patients per week.

Location Highlights

Beckley offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions in southern West Virginia. New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is about 25 miles north and provides hiking, climbing, and whitewater rafting in a mountainous setting. Tamarack Marketplace in Beckley features West Virginia arts and regional dining, and the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine offers a historic tour experience near downtown. Winterplace Ski Resort is roughly 20 miles south, and Interstate 64/77 provides road access to Charleston in about 1 hour.
