Job Description Key Qualifications & Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred. Experience using RF scanners for order processing and inventory management. Ability to operate or obtain certification for an electric pallet jack. Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy, shipment verification, and inventory control. Ability to read and interpret distribution and shipping documents. Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. General warehouse/distribution knowledge and commitment to safety. Preferred Experience: Order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing. Shipping/receiving and inventory management. RF technology and warehouse management systems. Forklift, pallet jack, or other MHE operation. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse/distribution environment. Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
