Responsibilities include:Managing budgets, financial statements, and monthly reportsNegotiating with contractors and overseeing property maintenanceAdvising Boards of Directors and resolving homeowner inquiriesCoordinating services like landscaping, snow removal, and repairsEnforcing compliance with association and government regulationsLeading meetings, site inspections, and vendor managementSupporting community amenities such as pools and centersWhat We’re Looking ForHomeowner Association management experience is a plusStrong knowledge of HOA and Condo Act is a plusExpertise in vendor management and budgetingExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCertifications: CMCA and AMS required; PCAM preferred but not requiredReliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePhysical & Schedule RequirementsAbility to work flexible hours, including eveningsTravel to communities and eventsComfortable working indoors and outdoorsReady to take the next step in your career?
