Overview

• Starting Wage: $23.78/hour
• Hours: 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm + overtime
• **Schedule will include working every weekend, with two consecutive days off during the middle of the week**

What does it mean to be part of the Order Selection team?


In this fast-paced role, you are considered an industrial athlete. You are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensure they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will operate motorized equipment to include Electric Pallet Jacks and Reach Lifts while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse. Job Description


UNFI in Green Bay, WI is looking for motivated full time warehouse associates to support the operations of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for taking product off of shelves and getting all items ready for shipment. You will need the ability to work at a fast pace, while maintaining quality in your order fulfillment process.

• Receives, stores, and selects various grocery, perishable and general merchandise
• Transports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack or forklift
• Works in a fast paced environment with varying temperatures
• Assists other departments with work activities when required
• Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner
• Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage
• Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled
• Ensures the correct labels are on the correct pallet

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Warehouse or pallet jack experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 95 pounds; frequent bending, stooping, and walking
• Must have safety shoes or steel/composite toes on day 1
• Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from -20 to 80 degrees
• Must be able to work the required schedule and overtime
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available

Compensation:


UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
