NPI Product Data Manager

$102-$122 per hour Sunnyvale, CA Contract Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months contract Job Description: Product Data / Program Management professional to join a high-impact team responsible for ensuring product and technical data is clear, accurate, and operationally ready across the full hardware lifecycle—from early concept and NPI through mass production and eventual obsolescence. This role sits at the intersection of data integrity, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination, supporting large-scale infrastructure planning and execution across a global footprint. Responsibilities: Support and coordinate product data workflows across the server hardware lifecycle Partner with program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute data and process updates Maintain and improve data quality across forecasting, procurement, and deployment workflows Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies using structured reporting and dashboards Prepare clear, executive-ready documentation, metrics, and presentations Experience: 2+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or project support Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, detail-oriented technology or corporate environments Strong proficiency with data management tools (spreadsheets, tracking systems, reporting dashboards) Experience creating clear, concise presentations for cross-functional or leadership audiences Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across time zones and teams Exposure to hardware, cloud infrastructure, supply chain, or technical product environments Experience working with globally distributed teams Skills: Project/Program Management Data Management tool Storytelling Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
