Loyalty Systems Analyst

Kforce has a client seeking a System Analyst III in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support a customer loyalty platform used across hospitality, retail, restaurant, and entertainment environments. This role focuses on system support, testing, troubleshooting, and operational analysis to ensure a seamless loyalty experience for customers. Responsibilities:
- Support implementation, validation, and ongoing operations of a loyalty platform
- Execute testing activities, including UAT and regression testing
- Monitor system performance and investigate issues impacting loyalty transactions and rewards
- Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
- Identify recurring trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities
- Support new site openings, system enhancements, and post-launch activities
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors
- Maintain test scripts, issue logs, and process documentation
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- 3-5 years of Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience executing test plans and validating system functionality
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
- Experience supporting loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer engagement platforms
- Experience with POS-integrated systems
- Knowledge of points accrual, rewards redemption, customer accounts, and transaction processing
- Experience identifying operational trends, anomalies, or fraud patterns
