Assignment Length: Ongoing for full-time coverage
Schedule & Shift Details:
- Full-time coverage required
- Facility strongly prefers providers able to commit to full-time scheduling without monthly travel interruptions
- Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts each week
- 12-hour shifts also available
- Flexible scheduling options available
- 40 hours guaranteed per week
Call Details:
- Call schedule TBD
- Please indicate if candidate is willing to cover weekend pager call at time of name clear
Practice Setting:
- High-volume hospital surgical environment
- Trauma-heavy case mix
- CRNAs perform spinal blocks only
- No regional anesthesia responsibilities
Facility & Department Details:
- 17 Main ORs
- 7 Day Surgery Center ORs
- Additional procedural coverage includes:
- Cath labs
- Endoscopy
- Radiology
- Specialty procedural areas
Patient Population:
- Adolescent
- Child
- Adult
- Geriatric
- More than 90% of patients are over age 12
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- NBCRNA - Required
- Idaho license - Highly Preferred
- Idaho DEA - Required
- Idaho CSR - Required
- Must be available full-time - Required
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination - Required
Credentialing Timeframe:
- Approximately 90 days
