Associate Attorney

A growing South Florida law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its litigation and transactional practice. This position offers hands‑on experience handling a variety of real estate, business, and commercial matters while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong analytical and writing skills, courtroom experience, and a desire to develop a long‑term career representing businesses, property owners, investors, landlords, and individuals throughout Florida. Practice Areas Real Estate Litigation Commercial Litigation Business Law Landlord‑Tenant Disputes Foreclosure Litigation Contract Disputes Real Estate Transactions Title and Closing Matters Responsibilities Assist with the management of litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings. Participate in client meetings and maintain regular client communication. Assist with case strategy development and litigation planning. Review and draft contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related business documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation and transactional matters. Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines. Qualifications Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar. 2–5 years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, business law, or related practice areas. Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong client service and communication skills.
