Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst, Business Analytics to enable data-driven decisions across the organization. You will partner with leaders to define KPIs, build scalable dashboards, and translate data into actionable business value. You’ll own analytics tooling, ensure data accuracy, and leverage AI to accelerate insights while maintaining rigorous validation.
