We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of a Technology Portfolio Management team. This role will help manage project coordination, reporting, vendor relationships, and operational processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and Generative AI (GenAI) tools.

This is a hands-on, dynamic opportunity for an early-career professional who is tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working across multiple initiatives, collaborating with technical teams, and leveraging emerging technologies to streamline processes.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare weekly project status reports, portfolio updates, and leadership presentations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting and AI-enabled tools.

• Track key performance indicators, project milestones, and operational metrics.

Automation & Generative AI

• Leverage GenAI tools and emerging technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, documentation, and administrative workflows.

• Support the adoption of AI-powered solutions to enhance team productivity.

Project Coordination & Operations

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, document discussions, and track action items.

• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support project execution.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.

• Assist with coordination across multiple technology initiatives.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Track vendor invoices, contract renewals, and associated deliverables.

• Coordinate vendor communications, action items, and status updates.

• Support contract administration and vendor relationship management activities.

Portfolio Management & Strategic Support

• Assist with the development, tracking, and reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

• Support project portfolio tracking, roadmap maintenance, and leadership reporting.

• Help maintain visibility into project progress, priorities, risks, and dependencies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business operations, technology operations, business analysis, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting or dashboard tools.

• Strong interest in technology, automation, and Generative AI.

• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to take ownership of a wide variety of responsibilities and learn new tools and processes.

• Exposure to project management, portfolio management, or technology operations.

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with GenAI-powered development and productivity tools.

• Experience supporting vendor management, contract tracking, or financial reporting.

• Understanding of OKRs, project roadmaps, and portfolio reporting.
