Strategic Finance Manager

Partnering with GMs and stakeholders across WordPress.com and Automattic's portfolio, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will lead financial analysis, track KPIs, and support decision-making to drive growth and improve business outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead deep dives on revenue and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and risks Track key performance indicators and deliver actionable recommendations to leaders Own monthly business reviews and create financial models for partnership and acquisition decisions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting in high-growth technology Extensive FP&A experience at corporate and business unit levels, including annual planning and performance analysis Experience in Software/SaaS and/or B2C sectors, with knowledge of revenue and cost forecasting Proven ability to influence and implement programs that enhance profitability and competitive positioning Strong operational orientation and a track record of collaboration with senior leaders
