FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. Compensation: $45,300.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Lead the Business
Spa operations and overall performance, sales growth, membership performance, and profitability, key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
Build the Team
Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team, lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset, build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence, ensure a world class client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints
Drive the Results
Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance, use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results, optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs, execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of leadership experience, proven success driving sales and team performance, strong communication and leadership skills, a balance of people leadership and business acumen, strong experience working with KPIs is required, P&L experience strongly preferred, comfort in a fast-paced environment, flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
