Process Specialist

You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and recordkeeping. Responsibilities Enter variety of data using current technology. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Review and enter data updates in the systems. Review discrepancies in data received. Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co‑workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email. Perform other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.). Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Serve as backup in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fields. Excellent typing skills. Strong organizational skills. Deadline and detail oriented.
