Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide evidence‑based mental health services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will complete diagnostic evaluations, deliver individual, group, and family therapy, and create personalized treatment plans for diverse populations. This role includes both in‑office and telehealth visits, close collaboration with psychiatrists and other clinicians, and adherence to the highest ethical and documentation standards. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Deliver care via both in‑office and secure telehealth platforms Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers on patient care Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions based on patient progress Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards of psychological practice Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision as appropriate Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives Clinical Skills & Modalities Clinical interviewing Psychological assessment and testing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Treatment planning Clinical documentation and EMR use Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth service delivery Ethical and legal standards in psychology Interdisciplinary collaboration Qualifications Active state Psychologist license (PhD/PsyD) Eligible for credentialing with major insurers Background in evidence‑based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT) Experience with telehealth platforms Competence in psychological assessment and report writing Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
