Streetsboro, OH | Starting at $19/hour | Entry‑Level | Hiring Immediately Schedule Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday overtime during peak seasons What You’ll Do Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line Use hand tools and basic machinery Rotate between stations (cross‑training provided) Perform quality checks and inspections Prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment Strong teamwork and reliability Willingness to learn and grow SoftLite Windows & Doors, part of Cornerstone Building Brands, has been building award‑winning quality products since 1953.
