In the role of an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team who will offer unique menu selections from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients. A successful Hourly Assistant Manager at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with: 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experienceAttentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standardsExperience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customersRequires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting.
