Position is newly created due growth with recent FDP approval and product commercialization. This newly created position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can create scalable revenue processes, strengthen forecasting, and support commercialization efforts with sound financial insight. The role works closely with finance, accounting, market access, and commercial partners to build a reliable framework for pricing, reserves, and reporting. You will play a key role in establishing disciplined controls and delivering analysis that supports executive decision-making.Responsibilities:• Direct gross-to-net activities, revenue projections, and commercial expense oversight to support accurate financial planning.• Manage monthly and quarterly accruals, reserve calculations, reconciliations, and deduction reporting across government and commercial programs.• Design and refine methodologies, reserve models, and planning assumptions for an actively marketed product.• Review and confirm pricing calculations tied to government programs, including Medicaid and 340B, while ensuring consistency with company policies.• Collaborate with commercial, market access, and finance teams to prepare forecasts, annual budgets, and longer-range financial plans.• Evaluate key business trends such as channel results, payer mix, reimbursement activity, and forecast-to-actual differences to identify performance drivers.• Prepare financial insights and supporting materials for leadership and board-level reporting.• Oversee planning for commercial operating expenses, including budget tracking, headcount monitoring, and variance analysis.• Work closely with accounting to support revenue recognition compliance under ASC 606, maintain audit readiness, and improve documentation and controls.• Advance process improvements through automation, stronger data integration, and system enhancements that can support future market growth.
