Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher Potential daily bonuses

Overview Immediate need for a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. The working schedule is approximately 35-40 hours per week and the two shifts are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and/or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with mandatory rotating weekends. Responsibilities Providing friendly services to customers & company employees Keeping data and records up to date, including spreadsheet information Answering a multi‑line telephone system Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program Assisting with general office and administrative functions including filing and faxing Qualifications Self‑starter, responsible, family‑oriented, able to operate in a fast‑paced environment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Potential daily bonuses of $150 - $300.
