Recruiter

Real Time Acquisitions (RTA) is hiring a Recruiter for an onsite, in-person role in Orange County, CA . This is a community-first opportunity focused on connecting with motivated people and turning those first conversations into successful team members. You will be out meeting people, starting discussions, and helping move candidates from interest to scheduled interviews.

What you’ll do

• Get out and meet new people across the community
• Start conversations and find potential candidates
• Connect with people and get them interested in RTA opportunities
• Schedule interviews as qualified candidates show interest
• Help turn motivated people into successful team members
• Build momentum by getting out in the community and meeting people consistently

Requirements

• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with new people
• Competitive and ambitious
• An allergy to boring jobs
• Strong personality , confidence , and work ethic
• The ability to talk with people naturally and communicate without seeming unapproachable
• Enough personality to sell ice to someone in a freezer
• Motivation to make money , learn sales , and build a career
• Ability to meet people and build relationships in the community

No recruiting experience? Good. This role is designed around your ability to engage people and create real opportunities through in-person connection.

Important note: This is not a “sit at a desk and wait for resumes” job. You will be out meeting people, building relationships, and making things happen as part of a community recruiting approach.

Compensation: USD 900 - 1,400 per weekly.
