My Gym Children's Fitness | Stamford, CT
Imagine getting paid to run obstacle courses, teach gymnastics, and watch a shy 4-year-old discover they can do a somersault. That's a Tuesday at My Gym. If you thrive in high-energy rooms and genuinely love kids, keep reading.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- $20–$22/hr + tips
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Consistent weekly schedule - same hours each week
- Year-round role (not seasonal)
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
You'll lead structured fitness and movement classes for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years - think games, music, gymnastics, and obstacle courses. You'll also run birthday parties and camps, build relationships with families, and occasionally help at the front desk. Fridays are a core part of the schedule for all coaches.
