Asset Backed Finance Analyst

A growing asset manager is seeking an Asset Based Lending Analyst to support counterparty reporting. You will assist with pre-closing diligence, collateral eligiblity testing and asset class performance. Responsibilities Build and maintain borrowing base models; apply eligibility criteria and monitor covenant compliance Reconcile borrowing base certificates and track facility utilization, triggers, and collateral performance Ingest and analyze large loan tape datasets; support data standardization and reconciliation workflows Produce monthly surveillance reporting, including delinquency, loss trends, and performance metrics Support investment committee materials with clear, data-driven insights Act as a key contact for counterparties; coordinate reporting, audits, and compliance deliverables Manage cash reconciliation, collateral tracking, and UCC monitoring Qualifications 2+ years of experience in structured credit, loan servicing, asset-based lending, CLO/ABS operations, or specialty finance Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and large dataset analysis Strong understanding of borrowing base mechanics and covenant structures Experience working with loan tapes and multiple consumer or specialty finance asset classes, which include equipment leasing, consumer lending, MCAs, or speciality finance receivables Detail-oriented with strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
