If the answer is, "Yes!" then you may be just who we're looking for!The L&D Program Manager is responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of learning programs and initiatives within their assigned division. This role partners closely with divisional leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and deliver programs that support business goals. The Program Manager works alongside their L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure consistency and alignment across the enterprise, and partners with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting, and system changes that support their division's programs.A Day in the Life:Develop, implement, and assess training programs aligned to business goals and associate development needs within assigned divisionEstablish partnership as a trusted L&D advisor with divisional operational leadersCollaborate with L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure unity and consistency across the enterpriseDevelop detailed shared project plans to monitor and track progressSupport content development and design (on-the-job training materials, presentations, and e-learning), and facilitate course offerings when neededPartner with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting structures, and system changes in the LMS that support division programsCo-manage the division's L&D budget in partnership with the DirectorTravel between 15-25% requiredNecessary Qualifications:BA/BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior, or related field; equivalent experience considered5-8 years in Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field, preferably in the construction industryExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methodsAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-orientedPassion for learning, improving, and sharing best practicesProactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentExperience with public speaking or facilitation preferredExperience with Learning Management Systems preferredProject Management Certification (PMP) is a plusWhat We Can Offer You:Industry-leading performance-based bonus programEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Traditional and Roth 401kTuition reimbursement for associatesScholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel1-week paid volunteer leave each year100% charitable matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverage100% paid 12-week maternity leaveAt ARCO, our first core value is to treat people fairly and do the right thing.
