Nevada Remote Contact Center Agent

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service related to dog registrations and AKC policies. Key responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and resources Utilize multiple software programs effectively to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary Required qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
