Deine Mission
Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Finance bist du eine wichtige Unterstützung für unser Team. Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben und sorgst mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise für verlässliche Prozesse:
Dein Profil
- Idealerweise studierst du Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance & Accounting oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – alternativ hast du dein Studium bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst ggf. über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance oder vergleichbar
- Willkommen in einem internationalen Team – daher sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Voraussetzung, ebenso wie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office, insbesondere Excel-Kenntnisse
- Nice to have: du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit easybill und Hubspot gesammelt
- Mit deiner freundlichen und serviceorientierten Art sorgst du für eine positive Kundenerfahrung

- Du bist strukturiert und verlässlich in deiner Arbeitsweise und suchst eine Herausforderung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
Deine Meilensteine
- Nach deinem ersten Monat hast du dein Onboarding erfolgreich absolviert und sämtliche interne Finance-Prozesse, Tools und Systeme kennengelernt
- Nach nur zwei Monaten trägst du die Mitverantwortung für unsere deutschen und österreichischen Kundenbeziehungen zu Fragen bei Finanzthemen und arbeitest selbstständig mit unserem Factoring-Partner
- Nach nur drei Monaten trägst du aktiv dazu bei, das Debitorenmanagement weiterzuentwickeln und unterstützt das Finance-Team in allen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Bei uns haben wir Blech im Blut, mit unserer Beschaffungsplattform für den Teilekauf mischen wir die sehr traditionelle Blechindustrie auf. Bei uns kommen Endkunden und Blechbearbeiter über einen schlanken, digitalen Prozess zusammen. Statt sich wie bisher Tage oder Wochen mit einem Auftrag zu beschäftigen, verläuft hier jeder unschlagbar effizient – davon haben beide Seiten etwas.
