You’ll join a small, highly motivated platform team that is partnering across Cisco. We ship iteratively, measure outcomes, and obsess over customer and partner time-to-value. You’ll collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Customer Experience, Sales, and Strategy, plus external tech partners. You’ll also coordinate with exec sponsors across business units to land cross-portfolio initiatives at scale.Your Impact Lead the product vision and strategy for an AI-native agent platform purpose-built for network operationsDefine platform capabilities: agent creation workflows, knowledge management, tool integrations, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and extensibilityLead AI-powered experiences: natural language interfaces, intelligent recommendations, autonomous workflows, and agent reasoning capabilitiesDrive network domain differentiation: Leverage Cisco's network intelligence, integrations across Cisco portfolio, and enterprise-grade AI capabilitiesPartner with Design to deliver intuitive experiences that scale from simple tasks to complex automation scenariosValidate with lighthouse customers and partners: Set adoption and TTV targets; instrument the platform for actionable metricsBuild business cases: Partner with Finance, Legal, and GTM on pricing/packaging proposals; enable field teams and partners for launchRun alpha/beta/GA programs: Lead backlog and phased delivery across multiple teams; ship value continuouslyEnable partner ecosystem: Define marketplace models, multi-tenancy requirements, and partner integration strategiesMinimum Qualifications 5+ years in product management (or equivalent), including platform or automation productsExperience delivering AI-powered product experiences (e.g., intelligent assistants, recommendations, or automation)Background in network operations, IT operations, or enterprise automation at scaleExperience working cross-functionally across engineering, design, CX, sales, partners, and executive forumsPreferred Qualifications Experience with agent platforms, orchestration systems, or workflow automation toolsUnderstanding of partner ecosystems, multi-tenancy, and marketplace modelsComfortable defining critical metrics and running evidence-based roadmapsExcellent narrative and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for executive and customer audiencesWhy Cisco? For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; andOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
