Asset & Wealth Management- Miami- Associate, Sales

Job Duties: Associate, Sales with Goldman Sachs Wealth Services, L.P. in Miami, Florida. Work alongside an advisor team to help service clients and their families, providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning and tax services to corporate employees, executives, and other high-net worth individuals. Prepare various reports and analyses for clients in the areas of personal financial statements, cash flow planning, income tax projections, insurance reviews, investment allocation, investment performance, estate document reviews, estate flowcharts, etc. Establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone and via zoom by asking open-ended questions and using inclusive language; ultimately forming long-term relationships with our clients. Extensive telephone contact and/or zoom interaction with clients, and their outside advisors, to obtain information and help the advisor team provide advice. Conduct individual research on client's financial planning questions using internal resources and the questions can vary from a specific tax treatment to a specific investment product. Assist the team in documenting the client file to ensure all communication and client service is well documented.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: working with clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance or other relevant information needed to develop a financial plan; tax projections and reviewing accurate withholding and payments; financial products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, Equity Awards, and insurance; supporting client engagements in Estate Planning, Taxes, Investments, Insurance, Cash Flow Management, and Risk Management; and actively documenting all notes and action items during client meetings and ensuring all commitments made by advisors are completed in a timely manner.
