• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Shift: Nights | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Hours: 36 hrs/week
• Experience: 2+ Years NICU experience, including recent experience within the last 12 months
• Level III or IV NICU experience required
• Certifications: BLS & NRP (AHA, ARC, or ASHI accepted)
• Scrubs: Navy Blue
• Weekend/Holiday: Per department requirements
• Must be willing to float to similar units or sister facilities
• Travel experience highly preferred

• AZ residents are NOT eligible for assignments at Arizona facilities• Active Arizona RN license required at submission• No disciplinary/license issues• Driver's License required to verify residency• Banner Cover Page required with submission• Resume must list all facilities, departments, trauma levels & bed counts• NICU Skills Checklist must be completed within the last 12 months• RTO must be listed upfront and cannot exceed 7 days• No RTO during the first week• Must be available to start on the listed start date or within 1 week• Learning modules must be completed before starting• Banner may cancel 1 shift per week due to low census• Client/vendor may cancel assignment with 1 week notice• On-call: TBD by facility
