Role Description Premier Association Management is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to join our team in Florida, United States. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of assigned communities, serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, handling vendor relationships, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations. The Community Association Manager will organize and attend board meetings, enforce community policies, and coordinate maintenance and improvement projects to enhance the overall community experience. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively oversee community operations, maintenance scheduling, and improvement projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with community residents, board members, and vendors professionally and effectively. Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and reporting to ensure sound fiscal practices within the community. Knowledge of community association laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to Florida. Ability to mediate conflicts and resolve issues diplomatically to maintain community harmony. Proficiency in software tools commonly used in property or association management. Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) certification or equivalent, as required by the state of Florida. Previous experience in community or property management is highly desirable.
